Convenient Ways to Pay Your Oates Energy Bill:
Paying Your Bill Online
The first time you use your online account, you will need the security code that appears in the upper right of your bill. In the future, you will be able to simply login with your username and password.
After identifying your security code, Click the RESIDENT LOGIN button below and login to your account to view and pay your bill online. A one-time transaction fee will be assessed for each payment you make using your online account..
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some communities do not allow their residents to pay their bills online. The remittance address on your Oates Energy bill will indicate how your community allows us to accept your payments.
ACH AutoPay
Oates Energy offers a free ACH AutoPay program. If you would like us to automatically draft funds from your bank account on your due date, click the ACH Authorization form button below and complete our secure online ACH Authorization form. Once ACH AutoPay has been set up for your account, we will automatically draft the amount of your bill from the account you provided each month on the due date. You will still receive your monthly bills that will tell you the amount that will be drafted from your your account and on what day. You can cancel ACH AutoPay at any time by calling our customer care number above. If you decide to cancel your AutoPay, be sure to call us 24 hours before your payment date to allow for processing time with your financial institution.
Bill Pay Features in Your Personal Checking Account
Today, almost all banks offer “Bill Pay” as a feature of their personal checking accounts. In your checking account, look for a “Bill Pay” feature. This feature usually has a few different options to pay a bill, managed schedule payments, etc. When you use this feature of your checking account, your bank will draft the amount you indicate from your checking account, prepare and mail a check in that amount to whomever you indicate. In this case you would use our name and mailing address below. Bill Pay delivery times vary and could take up to 10 days for us to receive your Bill Pay payment. Until you know how long it takes your bank’s Bill Pay checks to be delivered and posted to your Oates Energy account, we recommend that you use your Bill Pay to pay your bill at least 10 days before the due date to avoid the possibility of your payment being late and incurring a late fee.
